What we collect about your tax inputs
Nothing.
The calculator inputs you enter (salary, expenses, tax regime, contributions, etc.) are stored only in your browser's localStorage on your own device. They are never sent to our servers or any third party. If you clear your browser data, those inputs are gone.
What our website collects automatically
Standard server logs maintained by our hosting provider: IP address, browser type, pages visited, referrer URL. These logs are used for site performance and security monitoring, retained for 30 days, and never sold or shared.
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, advertising cookies, or any third-party behavioral tracker.
Cookies
We do not set any cookies on this site.
localStorage is not a cookie — it's a local browser storage mechanism that we use only to remember your last calculator inputs so the calculator restores them on your next visit. Nothing in localStorage is transmitted off your device.
Email correspondence
If you contact us by email, we keep the thread until the issue is resolved, then archive it for 6 months. We do not add your email to any list or use it for marketing.
Third-party services
The calculator pages embed no third-party scripts. External links (e.g., to BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, or Pag-IBIG official sites) lead to destinations that have their own privacy policies.
Changes to this policy
If we ever change how data is handled, we'll update this page and note the change with a date.
